Facciamo olio extravergine di oliva, un prodotto che nelle nostre tavole non manca mai ma che spesso non viene apprezzato abbastanza. Siamo convinti che l’olio buono, l’olio che si distingue vada capito, ma soprattutto vada conosciuto. E’ per questo che vogliamo cominciare l’avventura del blog sul sito con un’infografica informativa su come effettivamente venga prodotto e su come arrivi nelle nostre case.
Informarsi per capire e per apprezzare che dietro una bottiglia al supermercato o al negozio c’è tanto lavoro e tanti passaggi che devono essere conosciuti per saper distinguere ciò che mettiamo sulle nostre tavole e soprattutto ciò che ci mangiamo!
