The DOP Marchese di Canossa is a light Evo, which therefore must accompany and must be accompanied by dishes that can enhance each other. If you use it with dishes that are too tasty, the taste of the Garda DOP will be less intense. It is ideal with lake fish, meat and fish carpaccio, with “pinzimonio” and with soups, bruschetta and low-fat cheeses. And remember to always use it raw.
We are usually used to choose the wine for our dishes… the same thing must be done with the oil. And a bottle of Dop Marchese di Canossa oil certainly lasts longer than a bottle of wine !!!
