The anti-topping cap is a cap that seals the neck of the bottle and not only guarantees the internal product from air infiltration to better maintain the organoleptic characteristics, but does not allow to top up the bottle once its original content is finished. It is mandatory in the Evo packages in bars and restaurants. It should not be removed or “broken into”. When you have your bottle of  DOP Marchese di Canossa Evo, just unscrew the top screw cap and pour it on your plate.
