If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or the product does not arrive intact at its destination, the items can be returned for refund within 28 days of receiving the original order.
Please write to info@marchesedicanossa.it to inform us of your intention to return the DOP Evo indicating your address, a name and a telephone number to contact you. We will send you the DHL courier to collect the package.
The product will be under your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please make sure the package is correctly done to avoid any damage in transit.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we receive your return and check that the item is in conformity with how it was shipped to you, we will confirm by email that your return has been accepted, and we will refund the credit card with which you made the payment. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. (Refund will be made within 30 days or in line with credit card policies)
