From the olives of the Fondo Brè estate, we produce 3 DOP different labels. DOP Marchese di Canossa, in half-liter glass bottles with anti-topping cap. This product can also be chosen with its gift box, an elegant black single bottle box with the Canossa coat-of-arms. It is a blend composed of Casaliva cultivar (> than 60%), Leccino at about 30%, Pendolino and Trep. DOP Canossa 1077, in half-liter glass bottles with anti-topping cap. It is an Eastern Garda DOP that combines the determined taste of the Casaliva monocultivar with a label particularly dear to our family, the one with the signature of Matilde di Canossa. DOP Fondo Brè, in 3-liter cans. Designed for home consumption or, (why not ?,) for a “longer lasting” gift.
