About Us,

We wanted to make something special for us in 2015, so we have bottled our best oil with a new label.

The Cru, the extra virgin olive oil made with a selection of olives from our estate, has a new look dedicated to the 900 years since the death of Matilde di Canossa. We have created a new name with the signature of Matilde, obtaining the extra virgin olive oil DOP Garda Orientale Canossa 1077.

You can find it, together with the Fondo Brè label, online and in some quality stores as Mercato del Duomo and Verdi’s.

In Milan the new Mercato del Duomo is open (corner Piazza Duomo/Galleria).

A new space developed on four levels where gastronomy is at its best. Starting from the bistrot to the restaurant by Niko Romito opening in 2 weeks, till the market of local products, selected by the University of Taste of Pollenzo and operated by Compagnia Alimentare. We have been there on Saturday and from the architectural point of view is a very beautiful, fresh and cured place. A concept where you can find whatever you want, in excellent quality.

We are very happy to be part of this new adventure. A great challenge to give more and more offer to the consumer.

The Fondo Brè – Marchese di Canossa is on the first floor on the Market shelves dedicated to the extra virgin olive oils. Come and visit us!

And don’t forget to visit the whole Market, you will be amazed, starting from the huge bronze olive made by Adam Lowe suspended in the entrance hall that will accompany you in your ascent to the taste

Monday, May 4th we will attend Tutto Food, the Milano World Food Exhibition 2015 . It will surely be an interesting test because of the combination with Expo 2015.

Come and join us: we will also present the preview of the new Fondo Brè CRU label, the limited edition in honor of Matilde di Canossa – #canossa1077

The Global Entrepreneurship Congress, the premier inter-disciplinary gathering of startup champions from around the world, has ended today in Milan. Anga, the National Association of Young Farmers was hosting the wine-bar, offering a wide and excellent range of regional products from all over Italy. The Fondo Brè extravirgin oil was one of them.
